SOBERFEST 2011 - PRAYER AND MEDITATION ROOM

SERENITY HAPPENING HERE…

As you can see from our schedule, there are many opportunities for service. All of the topics listed are simply suggestions. We are open to just about anything, under the designation of Prayer and Meditation.

The Meditation Room will be open for much of the weekend and we need monitors for every hour that the room is open. The room is open for all – there will be some stations for private meditation – either using a CD (please bring your own ear buds), writing or silent reflection.

If you’d like to do some Yoga or lie down, please consider bringing your own mat. There will be a few available for sharing.
